Who You Are:
- You’ve got a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or you’ve learned enough equivalent stuff on the ground.
- You’ve been the chief of a tech team for 5+ years, ideally in the car industry.
- Leadership is your thing; you know how to get a group fired up and focused.
- You’re a whiz with the latest in car tech and always ready to learn more.
- Pressure? What pressure? You keep your cool when the heat is on.
- You’re good with numbers and even better with people.
