Hey there! At Needcarhelp we are seeking a CRM and Data Specialist to manage and optimize HubSpot. This role combines CRM management with data analysis to optimize our marketing and sales strategies. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving the CRM, analyzing data, and training teams to use the CRM effectively 💥

Join our team as a CRM & Data Specialist and take charge of managing and optimizing HubSpot to propel our marketing and sales strategies forward. In this crucial role, you will streamline processes, enhance CRM functionality, analyze valuable data, and train teams to utilize the CRM platform effectively. 


🔥  What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer retention and satisfaction. 
  • Maintain and manage customer databases to uphold data integrity. 
  • Oversee CRM workflow and automation processes. 
  • Conduct deep dives into customer data to spot trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to craft impactful CRM campaigns. 
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using advanced data analysis tools. 
  • Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle value to drive business insights. 
  • Assess marketing campaign performance and suggest data-driven enhancements. 
  • Manage internal and external CRM user access and permissions. 
  • Deliver CRM software training to teams, including developing supporting materials and documenting processes. 

 

🌟 Who You Are: 

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • You bring 2-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably with expertise in HubSpot. 
  • You are proficient with SQL databases and capable of executing complex queries. 
  • You are skilled in using data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI. 
  • You possess outstanding analytical skills and can translate complex data into actionable insights. 
  • You are highly result-driven and capable of managing multiple projects at once. 
  • You excel in collaborative settings, working seamlessly with diverse teams. 
  • You have experience in conducting educational sessions to ensure team-wide adoption of processes. 
  • You have a good command of English, suitable for communicating with international teams.
